Frank Cutler passed away on August 6th in hospital after complications from surgery. He was a Lighting Group test specialist/certifier in the CSA Cleveland office, and a CSA Retiree. Frank worked closely with many of the CSA Toronto Lighting Group staff and will be sadly missed. There are no further details at this time.
His wife, Lila, specifically wanted to thank Frank’s many colleagues in Canada for all the years of friendship they had given him.

Vast engineering knowledge of lighting equipment & standards and ability to deal with them in practical terms do not even begin to describe Frank Cutler.
Frank was a nice, decent, friendly human being I had privilege to work with. From visiting his lab “over the hedge of CSA Cleveland parking lot” to his time later at CSA it was professional and pleasant.

It was a privilege to work with Frank in the Lighting Group, although we worked in different offices but Frank was always available to console and discuss our daily agenda with the Lighting clients.
Frank will be truly missed by his peers and clients.
